I can't rate DACAPS highly enough. I normally don't review companies online but did see may negative comments about this company and thought I should write a review that is fitting.

Many people only write bad reviews and tend not to go online and write up good, positive reviews.

I had a problem with my dishwasher, I didn't know what was wrong only that it wasn't working. I called DACAPS and they had a service rep out the very next day within the time frame they had mentioned. The guy who came along took a look at the machine, did a few tests, got out his tools and got to work. 1 hour later my dishwasher was back working perfectly and I haven't had a problem since.

As I said earlier, I can't speak highly enough of DACAPS professionalism, service and product management.

CLIENT BEWARE!
This has to be the worst company i have dealt with. Pleasant phone-speaking office staff do not equal good nor timely service. I waited 5-6 weeks for them to get their act together to replace a small electric part in my range hood. Not only did they expect me to stay home (only to not turn up) several times, but when one of them did show up (in the afternoon, not morning as advised) he didnt have the right tools for the job!! and thats not all....it was up to me to call them back to ask when will they return only to be (finally) called back to say the guys was off sick, they will call me. 1 week later i called them only to be told they lost the spare part and had to reorder...more waiting....and then i called again to be told a date for call out...guess what-no one showed up ! so i call again...the waiting continues....Client BEWARE !

They ordered the wrong parts for us and my husband picked up what was mistakenly ordered - completely their fault as we stated exactly what we needed. When I realised their mistake we took the part back but they wouldn't refund our money. I went back and forwards with them through emails but bottom line was they didn't care they had our money. Do not use this company they have no integrity!

This company was assigned to fix a warranty fault with our washing machine. We were told that it would be fixed in a "24 hour turnaround". The fault was that the door of a front loader washer could not be opened & the completed laundry could not be removed.
It took nine days before a service person attended & thern he did not have the parts to fix the machine. He advised that he would return "next week".
No attendance; no telephone calls; not anything from the country. We could not speak to anyone on the telephone - just had to leave a message that was never responded to.
Eventually, one day less than eight weeks, we received a telephone call to advise a service man would attend. We received varying excuses such as the wrong parts were sent from over east; the parts could not be obtained; the service man who had originally attended was no longer with the company (not true - because the same person later attended) & so on.
Easily the worst experience we have had in such circumstances. Because it was a warranty job we had to abide with the suppliers directions re who serviced the fault. Otjherwise we would have obtained another service. This company obviously knows that warranty jobs are out of the hands of the customer & they can do as they like.

Had a problem with my oven, supplied model numbers etc, tech came out 3minutes later took photo charged me 99dollars and left. After several days got quote, another 99dollars labour and 300dollars for parts. So 500 dollars. Parts of which I bought for 80 dollars and fitted in 8 minutes. So work that out they are charging 1200 dollars an hour labour plus 400 percent markup on parts, there response oh we'll if you don't like it don't ring us.

called them for repairing my oven. he responded immediately and brought with them all necessary spare parts. within an hour repaired my oven with no mess or stress. very neat work. highly recommends.

dishwasher stopped working and dacaps were able to come out check what was wrong with my machine order me a part and service it. they were very helpful
