Went in to ask for a quote for two wedding bouquets. Lady was a bit rude. She said she would print off a form to do the quote, then she walked around the store for a few minutes doing nothing. There was no one else in the store. She then collected the printouts and said normally we make appointments to do quotes so we can serve other customers. There was no one else in the store. I said ok, i can come back if you like. She said to come back at 2 o'clock (it was 1 o'clock) She didn't get any of my details for the booking. There is still no one else in the store and i walk out, never to return. I understand making a booking if they are busy, but it was dead! She didn't even want to look at some pictures i had on my phone of what I'm after. RUDE! Poor customer service.

Went in for a quick bouquet for valentines day, they had a really large range but waitied awhile to be served as the woman was busy chatting to a friend. Nice flowers, reasonably priced but would go to my local next time instead

Its a small flower shop but has a good range of flower arrangements at assorted prices. Whilst this is not my usual florist .. I thought I'd buy a boxed flower arrangement to buy as a gift while I was at Westfield

Service was okay, nothing exceptional worth mentioning. It was a rather quick transaction of me selecting my arrangement, paying and leaving.

Beautiful display of flowers, bouquets and gifts. Went in looking for a bouquet to be delivered for a gift, and waited around for a staff member, who didn't even make eye contact with me, while no other customer was in the store. I left

This is the closest florist to where I live so I come here on a regular occasion. Good display of flowers in bunches, box displays and loose. Have always been greeted by the friendly staff and they have helped me out on multiple occasions. Value bunches of flowers with medium bunches from around $40 and 10 roses $30.

Although the flowers displays are impressive, this florist has poor customer service. I have stood and waited on a number of occasions for assistance and the staff member has ignored me. Needs improvement.
