when I started the dainty dog back when kate was three,it was one of the best grooming salons in Sydney...sad to see latest reviews. hope new owners lift their game as I loved all my customers...ellen.

Under new management and a big disappointment in drop in quality of workmanship.Staff are very friendly and keen to please BUT the work done on my dog was not very good.He was badly clipped and didnt have that nice shampooed smell.The list of charges are very reasonable though.
This used to be a great grooming salon but I wont be going back unless I hear they have improved their work.i had to go elsewhere to get my dog groomed again to correct the mistakes. A disappointment that this has happened,used to be so handy too.
