Let this be a warning to all! I wish I could give negative stars. My imported shirt was damaged here. I found out when I got home and when confronted, they denied it and tried to say it was my fault. There's a reason why they have very bad reviews, just perform a quick search on the web and you will find others with similar bad experience.
Multiple owner changes over the years is a little bit of a pot luck experience depending on who you deal with over the counter.
Seriously, you maybe better off elsewhere...

UPDATE: My issue was finally resolved. I was offered a mix of cash and laundry credits for the damage about a month after. However, this had only occurred after the initial review above had gone on WOMO and me having to chase for a resolution.

Absolutely would not recommend I took in a perfect hardly worn wedding gown as I eloped. Beautiful silk ribbons at the back with no marks or staining. I have photos to prove this as I took them prior to taking the gown in. After cleaning the silk was so badly damaged it had scrotch marks and loss of sheen and softness. Which the owner tried to blame me saying it was makeup or food. I had to pay $390 to get my dress back and will now have to pay for repairs. Disgusting service.

A really great service! I trust them to do anything now! Although a bit expensive the quality of the dry cleaning was excellent. I didn't find any wrinkles, stretch marks etc.

Great drycleaner! Expensive, but they do such a great job with the cleaning and pressing. I trust them with my silk gowns and precious designer jackets. I know that not only will they be cleaned with care, but also pressed to perfect without any stretch marks, wrinkles, creases or pulls. It sounds simple, but so many get it wrong!!

I thought I'd try this place out after hearing that is is the only place that is carbon free and there is no chemical smell afterwards. I knew that they would be pricey but, I would rather pay a bit more for clothes that are clean and have a non dry cleaning smell. I was told it would take a few days to dry clean. I received an SMS that my dry cleaning was ready to pick up. Customer service was very prompt and friendly. My clothes looked amazingly clean and had no smell. I was very impressed. I would definately go back here again.
