Used this business 3 times. Friendly guys on staff, turned up when they said they would. Bit slow at invoicing the job but this effectively gave me more time to pay so no complaints.

Very Professional !! Have used this business a number of times, ranging from new sewage pipes to replacing old leaking galvanized piping. This business has a number of plumbers and what makes this business stand ahead of the pack is the dedication to doing a professional job at a fair price. I have had cheaper plumbers before and sometimes the cheap job works but often it doesn't. If you are looking for a job done properly then give this business a call.

I've been using Damien Lacey for years and it is remiss of me not to have left a review previously. Their plumbers always arrive within the scheduled time block (usually a two hour window) and the office calls as they leave their previous job so you know they're on the way. When the invoice arrives, I'm always surprised at how reasonable their rates are. Definitely recommended.

Excellent service. Rowan, the plumber they sent was friendly and competent. The work was completed in less time than I expected which a bonus when you are paying by the hour. I have used a lot of different plumbers here over the years and have struggled to find one who is reliable, competent and doesn't seem to overcharge. Certainly for this job I found Damien Lacey Plumbing met all my requirements. I will not hesitate using them again.

I've been using Damien for years. I've never faulted his work or pricing. I have always found him and his staff lovely - I've never had to call on someone else as he has always been able to fix the problem straight away. I'd charge more if I had to deal with some of the problems I've had his guys out to fix!!

Please do not use this company. The cost for repairs was beyond belief and when asked for more detail about the job was met with extreme rudeness. To sum up - extremely expensive and the worst customer service.

Plumber arrived on time but invoice and service was ridiculous. For a job that would take 30 minutes max, I was charged nearly 2 hours. First of all, the plumber didn't have a certain valve or tap in their van that was required, so had to go to the local plumbing place 5 minutes down the road. An hour later, made it back, didn't even change what they were supposed to do, and left. The actual issue was never addressed!! I ended up calling another plumber in the area who fixed the initial issue in no time. They charge you for the time they are out to get whatever they should have in their vehicle to do the job.

Wouldn't recommend this business. The plumber didn't turn up and I'd taken the day off work to be home for the plumber. When I rang to find out what was going on the staff in the office was rude.

Every plumber I've met has been great. Experienced and professional. We had an issue but it has been resolved really professionally. Any old plumber can install your tap or hot water system but it takes a professional plumber to commit to sorting the issue we had. Thanks. - ashgrove
