Unapologetically Overcharged.
At company's direction paid 3x for products I received once.
Advised by customer service line that the additional $290.10 paid for products not received was now my banks problem and it 'should' be refunded in 5-7 business days.
No email or SMS confirmation of the company cancelling my orders or apology, compensation or ownership of fault from the help line.

Approximate cost: $540

I find this store great and generally find what I'm looking for but being so big has it's disadvantages for a non drinker.
When buying gifts it's quite confusing what section is what and generally there aren't too many staff around to assist.
Getting to the register and you feel like a number not a customer.
Great location though and variety to cover all needs.
