Dan The Tiler

Contacted Dan for a minor tile replacement and bathtub seal. I was told to photograph the required work and send with an email address for a quote which I'd receive later that night.
Well, that was 11 days ago... Still haven't heard a thing!! No email, text or call.
To me that's poor customer service.

We found Dan through this website and I would agree with all the positive reviews. He came out twice before the job actually started to explain some of the finer points to us (my wife designed the bathroom herself with no real previous experience). He was extremely patient and understanding when we changed things in the midst of his tiling. He took a lot of time in cutting the mitre joints and making sure that everything was done properly, with a great job the result. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dan.

dan tiled around my bathtub and the floor of my shower stall. he also did some 'decorative' tiling in the bathroom. he was punctual, personable, attentive to detail and effective. he came back to tweak something after the job was done and he'd been paid. don't hesitate to engage him.

Dan has now done two separate jobs for us - nearly two years ago he did a large tiling project in our own home, and just recently the kitchen splashback and full bathroom including building a new shower base in our investment property. He has done an excellent job for a great price in both instances. He responded quickly to any messages from me and has the necessary attention to detail you want in a tiler. I'll definitely be recommending him to any of our friends needing tile work done.

Dan has just completed the tiling of our bathroom and kitchen area of our apartment. In his first visit he came over to our place for a quote. He appeared very professional and reliable and his costing method was excellent. From there onwards Dan always stuck to his word with each and every visit he made to complete the job that he initially quoted. In his final stage his workmanship was exceptional and he has transformed our apartment into a brand new enviroment to live in.
