Classes offered by Dance Space Studios:

• Classical Ballet - Classical Ballet is a traditional, formal style of dance. It is known for its aesthetics and rigorous technique (such as pointe work, turn-out of the legs, and high extensions), its graceful, flowing, and precise movements, and its ethereal qualities.
• Strength and Stretch-This is a wonderful class to teach students how to Warm Up properly, use the correct muscles when stretching and to improve flexibility.
• Creative Movement - Creative Movement class is designed for Children from age 2.5 - 5 years old. â??It is a class where they can explore and create, imagine and escape and learn the basic principles of ballet and dance.
• Jazz - Jazz class is for ages 5 and up. â?? Its a fun class that goes hand in hand with Ballet and teaches dancers to be versatile. Jazz is a combination of a variety of styles of dance.
• Hip Hop - This form refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping.
• Broadway Dances - Broadway Dance Class is a class dedicated to All things Broadway.
• Under 5's Jazz - The aim of the ATOD syllabi is to introduce small children to the magic and fun of mime, music and dance. The syllabi include activities that will enable the children to explore space, to develop musicality and to improve co-ordination in the desired genre chosen.
• Tricks/Acrobatics - Our Tricks class is specifically tailored towards tricks and acrobatics in Dance. Acrobatics is the performance of extraordinary feats of balance, agility, and motor coordination. It can be found in many of the performing arts.
• Tap Dance - Tap dance is a form of dance characterized by using the sound of one's tap shoes hitting the floor (or other surfaces) as a percussive instrument.
