Catherine is a qualified counsellor and reiki practitioner, with specialist experience in the mental health and family violence sectors. She is passionate about helping her clients recover from trauma and mental health issues using her skills in therapy, energy healing and sound medicine; combined with a deep connection to nature and how it can be experienced to boost wellbeing. As an experienced trainer and avid hiker, Catherine uses these skills to help like-minded souls gather for Sound Medicine Hikes which is a fusion of guided forest bathing and nature therapy, with a sound healing amongst the trees.

" Catherine Sound Healing was a powerful experience. Catherine provided a peaceful and safe place to engage with the energy of Sound and transmuted this into a beautiful healing. Importantly Catherine explained the process and was mindful and respectful of my space which made me feel safe and nurtured. Her experience and intuitive skills are very evident.
