Had great service from Alex, Jerry and Jordan. It was big job removing a big old tree. They provided great advice about what they were going to do and suggestions. Our neighbour was accomodated with plenty of wood cut down to the perfect size.

The pruning of our trees were done well enough although on some of them, we had to ask them to re-do because we weren't happy with how it looked. They seemed to arbitrarily prune the trees without regard to the aesthetics. We were also extremely unhappy with how they 'transplanted' one of our trees to a different location in the yard. The tree started to die within 24 hours and when we investigated, we found that it had been brutally ripped from its roots, leaving a majority of the roots behind. Any tree would die with that treatment and when we complained, we were told it was our fault because they had warned us that it was the wrong 'season' to transplant the tree. My suggestion would be not to pay them until you've inspected all the work and make sure your trees continue to survive more than a few days afterwards.

Excellent company with great pricing! We had called them to remove two large trees way back in 2010 and recently hired them to trim a few trees that were over grown. They use very sophisticated equipment charge much lower than others.

Several medium trees and one large tree pruned. Friendly and polite, although my advice is ensure you get every aspect quoted for. We found that there were a couple of trees we mentioned needing work done on and we were verbally told it 'wouldn't cost much', but it didn't get included on the written quote. We reminded them on the day and then were sent an invoice for a larger amount than expected. Otherwise, a good service.
