A wonderful store. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you. Good, competitive prices and staff are willing to do a deal. A great range of products available.

I love this store, I always feel I get personal service even though it is a department store. I find staff will put themselves out to make sure I am a happy customer. I know I can trust the products they sell

Staff are always very helpful and friendly they often have good sale prices so you can pick up some great bargains. They have a great range of kids clothing.

Edited to add I went to David Jones again yesterday and the staff remembered my son from the last time we were there and were very friendly. It made our shopping experience even better. They are always bringing in new stock and the store is always immaculate.

Helpful staff in all departments. The staff are really polite and friendly. Would go back again. Love it when they have the mid year sales.

Mine was in the Cosmetic Section - the ladies in all these sections are very helpful & responsive to my needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my make up & skin care products
