Whilst the layout of the store, and the quality of the products are good, I do find them to be over priced and a lot of the times not affordable to middle class workers - it would be a "splurge" or "indulgence" for me to shop there, however I find other stores offering the same quality product to have more reasonable prices, and would more than likely shop elsewhere. It's a rare day when I buy from them.

Not enough staff to be served either on the counter or when waiting for advice. It makes it hard when the only staff member is trying to help another customer in the process.
