Fixed old freestanding gas oven. The serviceman was fast and efficient, knew what he was doing, brought the required part with him, even though I had only explained what oven was not doing - he just said it was a common problem. You pay a $90 service call fee for first hour which includes labour but parts are separate so full charge depends what the problem is.

Fixed a dishwasher not cleaning properly. I has previously had a repairman from another company that looked at my DW for 5 mins then declared it needed a part....$400. That prompted me to get a second quote and possibly a new DW. DBHL came and unblocked my DW, ran a cycle, and charged $99. So as you can see, I'm a lot richer for calling DBHL. THANK YOU!!!

Dishwasher was not draining, turned out to be a blockage of course. But the guy that came was really helpful in letting me know how to do it next time as its an easy fix. Will definitely use them again :)

After reading great reviews on WOMOW I called DBHL services to arrange for them to fix our oven door. DBHL services were every bit as fantastic as the other reviews indicated.

Both times Dvir gave me a 2 hour window of when he could arrive then called during that time frame to let me know when he was 15-20 mins away and then fixed the problem without a fuss.

Take note other tradies - this is exactly what customers want!!!

Our washer/dryer was not draining and finishing its cycle. The problem turned out to be a blocked filter which had in turn burnt out the pump. Dvir fixed it quickly, replacing the pump and cleaning up after himself. The cost was very reasonable and he even gave us a 10% discount as he was a tiny bit late - as it was a day of high winds, rain and hail, we were home anyway, and he'd rung in plenty of time to tell us, we didn't mind and the extra discount was an unexpected bonus. I'd highly recommend DBHL Service to anyone.

I have been a service manager for 30yrs. Dvir runs one of the best I have seen. Easy to log calls on line, selection of time to choose from, shows up on time, knows what he is doing, respectful and polite, and finally a cost effective solution explained clearly. A delightful experience. We need more service companies like these.

Our oven was not working. DHBL were on time and very efficient in repairing it - an oven I thought I would have to replace. Extremely happy and would definitely recommend their services to others.

friendly as ,really fast too fixed my dryer in about as long as it took me to have a coffee .i don't have anything else to say but the page won't let me exit without at least 20 words .
