Knowing De Grandi is a Geelong institution I contacted them to help me co-ordinate an elliptical for my parents. Their product range is wide, quality and value for money, but the real standout for me was their genuine interest in customer service - They listened to our needs, helped us decide the best value for money solution and then arranged prompt delivery and installation, including an in-home tutorial on how to use the machine. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Britt and the team - thanks again!

My husband and I have used this store many times over the years as we have three boys. Unfortunately we have found the staff at times unfriendly and arrogant. I have struck some lovely staff over this time too. However, next time I need sporting goods I will be going to Rebel first.

Great Product, Excellent Value. Many excellent staff members. However, the staff member I got patronised me. I don't fit the athletic type. I am much older and aiming to get fit. Older gentleman and younger salespeople great.
