Deals direct are cheaper than buying in the shops. But the downfall is you are unable to see what you are buying beforehand. I bought a pram off this company and found it too wide, I didn't notice this when I was looking at the pictures.

Large variety of products fast delivery, efficient callback service on enquires. Only downside is not being able to pick products up directly from the warehouse.

Purchased some products from them last year, had a few minor issues but they were happy to give me a partial credit for them and use it to buy something else which was helpful. Quality is average, nothing great but I saved about $600 compared to other exercise machines I could purchase.

Deals Direct have a great range of products on their site. I have found it can be a bit "hit and miss" in regards to quality of items, but overall I feel I have saved some money using their site and also found some hard to buy products. I have, in the past, received a faulty product from them and it was replaced quickly. With no fuss replacements, I cannot fault the customer service. I would recommend Deals Direct to anyone looking to find a bargain.

This site has some great deals and things that you cant find in stores. After saying that though, the disadvantage about this online store is the fact that you cant actually see the goods, and so a lot of the time after making my purchases and receiving them, i'm left feeling a little disappointed. Sometimes what i end up with is some sort of cheaply made knock of item of the real deal (eg shamwow) that only works a number of times before breaking. After saying that, there are other items that are well worth buying because although cheap, last longer than expected. The shipping price and speed is great!
