I had a difficult purchase of a property. The vendor was unreliable, and their legal representative was slow in getting things done. Deborah followed the vendor up all the time, came to my place after hours when I couldn't get to her, and called me daily with updates and reassurances.
It was my first home buy, and she made it a great experience.
