As a take-a-way, this place ticks all the boxes. We arrived as they were closing their doors, which they promptly opened again as we pulled up. They still happily grilled the fish and fried the scallops. As a seafood addict, I found the food perfectly cooked and really delicious. It's the best take-a-way food in the area and well priced.

We have a treat dinner of hamburgers or fish from here once a month and are always greeted with a smile. The kids burgers are done to order (as they are kids they prefer them done a certain way) and fish cooked precisely as requested. If you are looking for a local chippy and live nearby, I would recommend their reliability, consistent quality and cheery nature. It is a fish & chip shop, not the ritz, but they deliver what they promise very nicely.
