Defence Fit is a happy warm friendly environment for children and parents. The curriculum and the way in which it is taught is professional and like the marketing says, age specific. My daughter has been training here for 6 months and is calmer, more focused and disciplined as a result. Its not about serious adult stlye martial arts training for kids like some places on the coast offer. It is very specialised and most importantly FUN!!!. Highly recommended.

We are utilising Defence Fit for our 4 year old son. The age specific program covers fun and fitness while teaching him lessons in self control, respect and instilling team work as well. The staff are very friendly and personally keep in touch for feedback regarding the class content and suitabilty and childs progress.
