Love the food and the hot chocolates are just to die for, always get one when I am down that way. The service is great and they are always very polite.

Love the quality of the food. The service has maintained high standards since it has opened. Love coming back here each time. The dessert bar is amazing!

I still go here every now and then but now there's the new cafe across the way for breakfast I'll go there instead. No customer service what so ever & you wait forever to even get your drinks at least twenty minutes. Used to be a great place for a Sunday breakfast and they've also knocked me back last week for breakfast at 4.01... When it closes at 4pm for brekkie. I left wont be back

We have been regulars here since they first opened. Over the last 6 months or so, the service has declined dramatically. Whilst it's nothing unusual for them to get our coffee order wrong and service will depend on which waitress is assigned to you, last Friday everything was wrong and it was the final straw. We placed our order. It took 45 minutes for our orders to reach our table. The food was horribly cold, mine and one other ladies was inedible. Despite mentioning no egg due to allergy, another had an egg scrap on her plate. We complained but the response from the initial waitress we spoke to was "it's come straight out of the kitchen so it shouldn't be cold". She said she would speak to the manager. We were told we could have a free coffee, however as we waited for 45 minutes for our food we had already had 2 coffees so we declined the offer and asked for the manager. The manager came out then, after listening, offered to not charge us for 2 of the meals. We felt this was fair as 4 meals in total were ordered. Upon paying we were berated like children for not sending the food back as soon as we realised it was incorrectly cooked and cold. We did try doing that to no avail. So, not only was the service and food bad, but us ie the customers were berated for their mistake! They have now lost 4 regular customers sadly.

Living in South Morang, I would reguarly go to Degani for chicken risotto or their breakfast.

Staff friendly, meals are very large servings, probably to big. Prices reasonable. Great variety of cakes also their wood fired pizza's are a must try.
You can wait a while to get a coffee at times but most staff efficient

Food good, FLIES TERRIBLE! It was like being at a backyard bbq. There is a fly 'electrocuter' installed, but doesn't seem to do much; even a simple flyspray when they start might help. Will go somewhere else next time!

Is Ok, everything is pretty expensive, so to have coffee as a family it costs us anything from $30-$40. Could be a little faster on their service, we have waited quite a few times just to place an order.

Attentive staff and great food. We were seated immediately and food didn't take very long to be prepared and served to us.

The service here is always good. The staff are friendly and it is a great place to meet for coffee or a meal. The food is always fresh and they make a great coffee.
