We have used Delco at least four times over the last 10 years and have always been very happy with their service. Always prompt and always helpful. Nothing has ever been broken, touch wood, and apart from what I've written below, they don't waste time.

My only gripe is being that you're paying $100++ an hour from depot to depot, what I don't appreciate is paying for them to check their mobiles every 5 minutes for messages and smoking on my dime.
