Had purchased door furniture for new house and the quality of product is lacking in many ways. Can't open my knobs have to use extreme pressure to make them open. When I rang company they said they have put wrong spring into door handles and my carpenter had to spend a day replacing springs but company would not pay for carpenter time!!!!! The office staff are doing nothing for the company but making the whole experience hard!!
