As busy working parents ourselves, it is difficult to findthe time to cook each night for ourselves and our families. The only availablealternatives are expensive takeaway or cheap, unhealthy, and highly processedfood, from the supermarket. We knew a better way was possible. When trying tofind a solution to this problem we remembered, from our youth in France, abrand of gourmet fully prepared frozen meals, our parents used to always havesome of these meals ready in the freezer as a “high quality back up insurancefor the nights where cooking was not an option”. This was a huge inspirationwhen we developed Délidoor.

Confit of duck. Raised the oven temperature and time in order to crisp potatoes and heat the duck through. Needs some sauce for the duck.
