I ordered a mix of regular and large meals from Delightful Dinners to be delivered. Ordering them was relatively easy though you had to phone their office to give credit card details as they don't have an online secure ordering system yet.

The website described the meals as 'traditional' meals that were heat and eat and that this was a family owned business so I knew they weren't going to be restaurant quality but I had hoped for something fairly nice. But they were pretty tasteless and I couldn't tell the difference between the size of the regular and the large meals - they were all just small, especially for the price which was $13 for some of them.

The main think that I was a bit grumpy about was that they didn't make it obvious that Delightful Dinners is really Trim-a-weigh and that these were just the exact same dinner meals from their diet program that they had rebranded and were selling on a different website. I didn't know this until I checked my bank statement. I wish they had been upfront about this as I wasn't looking for diet meals - I just wanted easy to heat meals that were nutritious and better for me than junk food.

I did complain to them but they weren't much help so I'm now using another local company that cooks and delivers meals that I think are more home-style.
