Had to return some unwanted items over Easter. Staff went out of their way to assist me & refunded what I did not use with no queries. Also the ceiling lights I purchased had two globes not working, while these are supplied free with the light fittings the staff determined to keep up their good customer service reputations and gave me two top of the range replacements. Its great to get reliably consistent good service & as always Seniors discount.
Returned to purchase additional fans. The staff continue to be very customer focused and now remember when I return. They have a happy sense of humour too.
