I have tried many of the Froyo shops across not only Sydney but also recently in the USA. This is by far the best quality, some others taste too sweet and too much like ice cream (I doubt that they have any yoghurt content at all), and others are way too Icey. Delite has the perfect combination, it is nice and creamy, yet full of flavour and just the right combination of tartness and sweetness.
The service was quick, very friendly staff, and an awesome music selection which is very hip.

was recently brought here to sample the Frozen Yogurt fad that I've heard has been going on in Sydney - the menu looked uninteresting so i tried the pomegranate Frozen Yogurt with green tea mochi topping - but they'd run out of green tea mochi =( oh well, so i had the peanut mochi which was also yum :) the music was a bit loud for me, which was not conducive to conversation at all, so it wasn't a place i wanted to stay at for very long with my friends whom i only see occasionally. I'm pretty sure I could have a larger quantity of yummy, healthy yoghurt from the refrigerated food section at any supermarket .. i seriously don't know what's the rage with *frozen* yoghurt ..
