Staff were rude and unhelpful.

Once it finally arrived, it was faulty/broken and parts were missing.

I was offered a partial refund of $10 which did not even come close to compensating.
They never processed the refund. Don't reply to emails / facebook messages / online chat

I still havent got what i paid for. You cant be contacted. You lied about delivery times. I was told delivery would be 7 days. 2 days for express. I paid for express and its now been 9 days and no item
You were quick to take my money. But not to deliver the goods. You failed to contact me to let me know. Please forward a contact number so it can be soughted. Dont you own a phone or mobile?

Buyer beware when dealing with Deltas Dazzling Costumes. I ordered two products, the website stated that it was their choice what type of the products were sent. So I emailed before the products were posted to ensure that I would receive one of each type. Of course this did not happen and I received two of the identical item. I was advised to send back the item and they would refund the postage. I paid for postage and sent the item back, only then to be advised "sorry we made a mistake, postage will actually not be refunded". I found this company to be very untrustworthy and dishonest. They did not follow through with promises, even though I have it in writing that they would refund the postage. Some of the products sold by this company are also extremely poor quality and not worth the amount being charged. Please anyone thinking of dealing with this company...think twice.
