Ordered a mattress, good price, quick delivery and fast customer response. Only issue was item was delivered later than the estimated delivery date based on the courier's site (AlliedExpress)

I purchased a Panorama bio ethanol fireplace from Deluxe Products. It had chipped glass guards, numerous dents, a crack, a collapsed wall- shockingly bad quality overall. When I tried to return it, I was told that it was "my responsibility" to get this massive 30kg item back there if I wanted a refund. This would cost hundreds to send it interstate.

Direct from the importer and very cheap you can buy online or order over the phone looks to be pretty good quality to me.
