Had full head of foils done to lighten my hair, came out with grey roots and brassy ginger ends. Paid close to $200 for that service. Went back, complained and was fobbed off with excuses about how this is what happens when hair is coloured. Asked for a tint to cover it and blend hair back to all over colour. Tint looked okay until first wash now looks colourless. That cost $90. While there I asked for a trim and told the hairdresser I didn't want any off the length. Now have a short cut with layers I particularly do not like. Never asked me if that was what i wanted or discussed the end result. Probably in too much of a hurry to go to lunch.No idea of cutting or colouring, just big talk about how good she is at her job! Don't ever go to this salon. You won't be happy with any aspect of the experience.
