Did you get your deposit back? And how did you go with contacting all the entities?

I absolutely did get my deposit back risa. I wasn't about to let Dhillon steel my money. AHAPRA, HaDSCO etc all took their time to in getting onto it. In the meantime I wasn't sitting back waiting, I was sending my complaints to every entity that I could think of, including my bank (as I paid via credit) & believe it or not they sorted it within a week! Huh go figure! More importantly Dhillon got what was coming,,, or should I say 'what was "going",,, like the funds from HIS account! Hope that messed up his spending plans.

HESCO has issued you advise regarding our resolution
No treatment was undertaken other than impression ,photos and a x-ray. Non invasive and simple requirements for aligners. You willing paid the monies owed .
You have posted reviews on our Facebook page, complaints with AHPRA, HESCO , and statements provided in the POST newspaper .
Do yourself a favor and get involved in more constructive ventures rather than slander and defame , health professionals doing our best to provide quality services at value prices.
Consider this a review not an apology rather a caution against any more malicious untrue nonsense propaganda in a public forum.

Yes my money certainly was refunded to me, not via HaDSCO though. As regards to my time, I have spent plenty of that on resources, submitting complaints to many entities, viewing advise, along with many phone calls & legal advisers, I would say all this was "time" I could have spent on "constructive ventures".
Don't tell me my words are untrue thank you, otherwise this drama would never have happened, hence no need for my review. I have plenty of documentation that proves otherwise, so don't tell me I'm spreading nonsense. As for slander & defamation, I am more than familiar with the meaning of both,,, & like I said, MY statements & records ring true so how about you stop slandering me,,, as a liar.

Latest news is that Randeep Dhillon is selling his practice. I doubt anybody would be stupid enough to buy it given the dreadful reputation Dental Horizons is gaining amongst those in the industry and on sites such as this.

@jane624, I agree, whoever is crazy enough to buy 1 or all 3 will have a major job on their hands, not to mention expense to rebuild a positive reputation, plus I can't imagine it would come with a huge client base at this point. I can't imagine any Dentist wanting to take on such a mammoth challenge!

@ann-Mariea, sorry to hear your yet another victim to the growing list of Dhillon (i can't even call him a Dr, more like a disgrace!) I know of 70+ people who have been left in all sorts of situations by him and all out of pocket $$$, so your not alone.
Did you pay for clear correct or Invisalign? I know he has not been a registered provider of Invisalign braces since 2013, yet still scammed me into paying a deposit for them! As for clear correct, I'm pretty sure they dumped him to not so long ago to. Call Invisalign Aus to see if they can refer your case elsewhere if you paid for Invisalign. If you paid for Clear Correct, I recommend that you call Ascot Dental Care, Cloverdale, Nicholas can hopefully help you out as they are taking on some clear correct ex-patients of Dhillons.

hi I only received half of my invasling liners which I paid $5000 for for the people that got there money back how did you go about it I contacted aphra ect a while a go and they kept saying its pending not got a letter saying its closed issues how do I try and get my money back from dental horizon if its liquidated thank you

intersting that my review has been removed, however i 100% can validate that Randeep Dhillon is an incompetent dentist. I do elieve that the correct authorities will remove his licence. Do not put your trust in him. I handed over $4500 including my health fund rebate and invested 3 years of my time, to end up with another year of treatment elsewhere (to fix his mistakes) at an extra cost of $2000. Thanks Randeep, it was NOT a pleasure doing business with you.

I am currently undergoing the same scenario with Randeep nearly three years of waisted treatment and time and more or less money. Can any of you provide your email address, am wanting to seek advice on what avenues you went through to get your money back? I have gone through HADSCO but his only negotiated settlement was to complete the treatment free.... I have already paid for it in full and he has helped himself into my health fund already also which is currently being investigated. Or can you please advise if department of commerce was of assistance? I was told by HADSCO to go down that avenue next

Hi Anna and ris, unfortuantely no resolution as yet, and at this tage I don't feel comfortable putting my email adress up in such a public forum, BTW I have had a very agressive response from Randeep Dhillon so prefer to take my case through the proper channels. I did try to speak to Randeep Dhillon on numerous occasions and avenues but he has refused to acknowledge me. HADSCO have not been particularly helpful, maybe i need to push them more? My only option now as a last resort is to go through the court process. I understand that there are quite a few of us that have experienced a very similar situation so it is very important that we persist, at least we can stop other people being victims.

Anna, that's just cruel to offer compensation in the form of you going back to him to finish your treatment. Why would you want to go back to someone in whom you are bound to have no faith in. That is not good enough.

Hi Linda I previously went through Hadsco and dealt with Bruce Rego who was really helpful however dhillion did not want to negotiate a settlement further to him finishing my treatment free of charge - find this hilarious as I have already paid in full. I am since building up further information and going through the magistrate . Aphra and other consumer affair entities have been of no help or value unfortunately . I agree taking him to court is the only resolution and the resolution I am wiling to take to stop this and prevent him doing this to anyone else
