Owner of the place is abit of a dragon

This is a long overdue but finally I have got some time to write this review. Just been to this dental clinic in corner of Elizabeth St for the 2nd time and I could now say this is best ever customer service I have received in any dental clinic in Australia. I work in Brisbane CBD and never tried any dentist in city. Dr. Karuna was amazing and provided me a very clear, precise diagnosis and gave me options to go ahead with my dental problem. She set the expectations correctly which is very rare with any preferred providers nowadays as I work in customer care too. All staff, especially Pascale were spot on and punctual with your appointment so you are not out of office for long.
If you want professional, fair dinkum dentist with excellent support staff who provides real exceptional care, I would recommend you to give her a try. SMILES :D

She Used cheap plastic to fill my teeth and put satures under making them crack over time. Complete rip off & con. She also filed down my back teeth so much that it hurts to chew and makes my jaw crack when I eat. Am spending thousands of dollars to get it all fixed. I am disgusted because she betrayed my trust. Horrible person. The only positive is that staff are very friendly and warm.

I hadn't been to the dentist in years but Dental Pearls took the anxiety out of that and made me feel at ease. I ended up having to get my wisdom teeth out and they were great with arranging that.
