Excellent pet store, they cater for all pets and the staff are wonderful, and very helpful, and are very happy. If they had 10 stars I would’ve given them that and more.
Couldn’t ask for better service. Staff are so polite an they have a great range.
The staff are very helpful and seem to enjoy what they are doing. They always have a smile on their face when I go in the store and are willing to do whatever it takes to get what I need. This goes for both Thirlmere and Picton stores.

Derks is a family business that has been established for many years. They are always so helpful and have such a great variety of items in their stores. Thirlmere store is best for cattle & horse food. Picton is great for domestic pets. Their open days are great.
