The specialist sees a patient for hardly a minute. Their strategy is to cramp as many patients as possible and get the money through bulk billing. The doctors will hardly listen to you and the receptionists are not very friendly.
How many consultations can you squeeze into one day? Get them in. Make them queue in the waiting room and see them for 2-5 minutes each. An hour wait. You figure out how many patients were crammed into that hour. My time is expensive, too. Don't make me wait at your convenience.
A pressured money driven practice that is based on through put and chanelling patients to theatre . We went a few times and it's crazy how they say sorry we only look at one issue at a time - ie one mole then you rebook for another lightning 5 minute consult...
Very helpful - it's great your site is not just marketing but a balanced review forumn too. Thanks very much!
As a dermatologist, this is a very necessary place, but the bills are always very high. It's a small place, and the waiting room only has a few chairs and magazines, but there are also toys. The dermatology rooms themselves are very large, which is much better seeing as the waiting room makes you feel very cramped. The service is great and the receptionist is very busy and always taking calls.
