Don’t waste your time, money and emotions on this place!
I cannot even begin to describe the level of poor customer service that was offered by this clinic. I am still horrified by how staff talked to me when I was present in the clinic and since over the phone.
I booked a 6 session laser hair removal package and when I attended for my first session I was told to remove my clothes and lay on the bed- which I did. I was then questioned on the fact that I have a permanent cardiac pacemaker with the girl stating that she wanted to check with the doctor first before doing treatment. Up until this point everything seemed ok. But when that girl returned she (with no empathy at all) told me that treatment was being refused and could not give me a reason as to why or get the doctor to explain. Now all of this conversation occurred while I was still laying there naked on a table with this girl essentially telling me to hurry up and get out. I was in such shock and so embarrassed having to rapidly get dressed and fight back tears while receiving no apologies.
As I was leaving the clinic I burst into tears in my car only to have had that girl follow me out to my car and tell me not to contact the clinic directly again.
Since then I’ve spent the last 3-4 weeks having to repeatedly call and request a letter stating that the service was refused so that I am able to get a refund. But weeks have gone by and still I am yet to receive any email or statement from the clinic. Any time I have called and spoken with the manager I am told to “calm down”, and that she will just “hang up” or “put me on hold” if I don’t like what she is saying.
I still haven’t received a refund or an apology of any sort for the poor customer service and lack of effort to resolve this situation especially given the fact that 6 laser sessions are not cheap and I am the one completely out of pocket for a month- probably longer.
I would very strongly recommend finding another clinic as I have since done and the other clinic has performed treatment and shown me the utmost respect when discussing my personal medical situation.

I recently had some laser treatments to get rid of acne scarring and I'm stoked with the results. Dr Dhruva is lovely and really knows what he's doing. Highly recommended!
