Very poor customer experience at Des Brown’s. We are locals and have regularly filled our family’s three cars there but after a very poor and unprofessional experience there, we will not be back. Rude, condescending, disrespectful and unhelpful mechanic and owner. If I could leave no stars I would.

Walked to garage to drive to medical specialist appointment.
Flat battery. Belong to RACV but rang Des Brown's wondering if someone could come and help (would be quicker than RACV),
Travis (Brown) (+ offsider) arrived in about 5 mins. Charged battery quickly. Off I went to appointment.
Wonderful, wonderful service. Travis would not accept any payment.
