We had automatic gates installed at our house by these people and we just had an issue with the gate becoming unhinged or not aligning so it wont close it keeps hitting other gate and then opening back up. Its still under warranty but they are refusing to come and fix it or even look at it! The owner refused to even speak to me on the phone and got his wife to tell me he wasnt doing anything for us and to call someone else! We got our builders to call him and they got the same thing he refuses to help even though he installed the gate and now they are faulty! So now i have to pay someone to come and fix it when i shouldn't have to! Really unimpressed with these people poor quality installation and no follow up servicing and refuses to honour warranty! Do not risk using these people not worth it!
