Ordered nearly $400 worth of whiteboard and accessories on the 2nd of December. Sometime between the 18th of Dec and the 6th of Jan (while I was on holidays) all the accessories were delivered, but no whiteboard.

In the second week of January I attempted to contact Designer Allboards by phone on multiple occasions with no response... a couple of times it went through to voicemail after a while, a couple of other times it rang once or twice then went to "I'm on another call" voicemail so they were rejecting my call. I also emailed and sent Facebook messages, none of which were replied to. I finally get a hold of the [removed name] a week or so later who gives me a bunch of excuses, I figure it's still holidays so I'll give them a while to work it out. Nothing happens so I attempt to contact again, and I get ignored again.

I send a frustrated message by Facebook to which I get a reply with another bunch of excuses, and a promise that I'll have an answer ASAP. Predictably, I hear nothing else and now almost a week later there's been no contact. Office number rings to voicemail, emails and messages are being ignored.

I'm out $170 for a whiteboard that was never delivered, and these [removed] are ignoring my calls and requests for a refund.
