I love the saveloys & the wursts from Desmond Butchers. I haven't been up to Kadina for a good 10 years or so & it was good to see the butcher shop still on the corner & not pushed out of the market by the big supermarkets. Will going up regularly to buy our fix of saveloys.

A great butchers shop, they have a really nice tasting cut of corned beef/silverside and their prices are quite reasonable.
We always order our christmas ham through them as they have a lovely smoked flavour and are a really good price, especially when compared with the big supermarket chains!

i ordered some beef and lamb through des for a birthday party for a spit and the meat was beautiful and tender highly recommend this butcher.
