don't use this company take note of all their bad reviews they are all true as far we were concerned with them too

Provided a fair price, very courteous and helpful.
3 other companies came to quote and theirs seemed to be the best. they scheduled in the work and completed it within the set time frame. 4 months on and the end bathroom is still perfect.

I do not recommend this company at all! took 6 months for them to complete our job which only took them about 3 days of work to complete. the management is an absolute disgrace- arrogant, aggressive, unprofessional , unreliable, basically nothing positive about them. I feel sorry for some of their apprentices who actually turned up when they were supposed to and did some of the work for having to work for such a shonky company. one of the apprentices who turned up and started some of our work just vanished and never heard why. the company made so many appointments (that we had to initially continually chase them up to make), that they never turned up for. the work they did complete was actually quite good but our house was it such a mess for 6 months as this small job took so long, including being dangerous for our young children. they offered no apoligies, excuses or explanations anytime we rang to try and get them to compete our job (the only time they contacted us in fact was when they wanted their money). cannot understand how they are still in business?

Stood up for first appointment. Attended 2nd appointment and ended up Expensive and seemed like it was a rush job.

Provided excellent service very diligent polite and clean.
very happy I purchased this voucher to get the introduction to the company and the services they have to offer
