I used this company as part of a online coupon deal. I was meant to get 5 hours of cleaning. The 2 ladies came and went in half an hour. For half an hour they did fine, but not 5 hours as I paid for. I rang the company to complain but no-one got back to me. I rang again and was promised a return call from the manager, but that did'nt happen either. RIP OFF! DON'T USE!

Do not deal with these people!!! Had a booking- I called and reconfirmed it the day before because it was for a bond clean. They didn't turn up, they didn't call, I tried ringing them and couldn't get through for over an hour. When I finally did, they couldn't find my booking, then said my booking was for tomorrow. I told them again it was for today and that I'd been waiting around all day for them to call me with a time and/or turn up! Asked to speak to the manager- was told he was in a meeting but he would call me back. Asked to speak to the cleaner direct (as it was afternoon by this stage) and was told they contact him via email! I waited for the manager to ring me. Noone called again. I called them and this time got the answering machine! The next day, called again and was told sorry, can't do anything until the next available appointment in 4 weeks. When I complained and asked for the manager again, was told he was unavailable but he would call me. Aaarrrgh!!!!

I called them on a friday to make an appointment and the girl that answered abruptly took my name and number and said that she will call me back "Monday". Two weeks passed and I never got a call back. I decided to call them again and the girl proceeded to take my details and make an appointment for Friday 08 April.
I took a day off work. I was called the day before confirming my appointment for "ducts Cleaning", I explained that I did not order ducts to be cleaned but carpets. She said " oh ...I have to call you back " and hung up on me.
I was called back 30 mins later and told that someone will come out between 1 and 3.
I arranged for someone else to pick up my child from school and waited. At 3:10 I called the company and the girl that answered could not find my booking, then she put me on hold and said that they are running late, I explained that I must leave to pick up my husband and I explained this at original booking. I rescheduled to the following Friday. The carpet cleaner still turned up at 5:30 pm insisting on doing the carpets and I refused as I do not want my son to sleep in the smell of shampoo etc.
They called me on Wednesday to confirm my appointment for Thursday ....I explained that my appointment was for Friday 8am.
The lady said it's Thursday and that they can't make it until 10-12. She promised that she will call me and update me during the day....this did not happen.
I made arrangements to be home (thursday) but no one has turned up until 2:30. I left 3 messages with a "messaging service" as no one is answering...............not even the message service is picking up at this point. The message service gave me the manger's number and I called him. He apologized and said that the carpet cleaner will come in one hour.

When the technician arrived, he said that because I bought a scoopon then I will not get the quality cleaning that they usually give for regular customers.At this point I called his manager to confirm. Their website said that they will remove stains, gum and pen marks. The technician sprayed a bit of soap and then proceeded to clean the 3 bedrooms in 25 mins he was done.
I still have stains in the bedrooms . There are stains that I knew would not come off, like texta but the rest should have as they did with past cleans through other companies.
The technician said that I was silly to buy the coupon and expect a proper quality clean. He told me to use my "common sense". He said that I could hire him privately, pay $100 and get a proper clean.
When his manager called him to talk to him he lied and told the manager that I was asking him to clean unreasonable marks. He then hung up with "john" the manager and yelled at me and told me that this is B******* (swear word). He screamed at me in front of my son to the point that I asked him to leave my home as I felt threatened. He got in my face and was yelling. He told me people like you want to pay little money but get a quality clean.
I called the manager and told him and he said that the technician was under pressure and that to make it right he will send someone to clean my tiles.
Needless to say I do not recommend this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional to say the least. We also found out later today that the tech threw rubbish from his machine in our garden bed so my husband was left cleaning it up.

got a voucher online for getting four bedrooms cleaned. The carpets looked the same as they did previous to the 'cleaning'
