Found the service when they were working in our local area.
We got Mark 'round to quote for pruning and he was very generous with his time during the quoting process, taking us through all the trees in our garden, both established & saplings, and gave us advice on each of them from his near encycolopedic knowledge of trees & shrubs.
We found the quote was very reasonable and it was broken down into indivudual parts so we could opt in or out of parts of it.
His team were very professional & efficient on the day and fully cleaned up all cuttings and left us with a tidy pile of mulch too.

Mark is very friendly and personable, as well as very knowledgeable about trees. His quote seemed very reasonable. He came exactly on time to quote, and he and his team were on time to do the job. He generously gave us lots of information about how to care for our trees, especially how to avoid further possum destruction. And also advice on what trees to plant to replace those that have already been destroyed by possums. Couldn't fault this company. VERY highly recommend.

Turned up on time. Fast and efficient. Friendly. Good price compared to our other quote. We would use them again. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is the second time we have used Mark and his crew to remove our trees. Both times they turned up to quote when they said they would and do the job as scheduled. Excellent service and work performed - would recommend to anyone!

Mark is rude. Dont use.

Waited two weeks for mulch, was supposed to be delivered on the Friday. Mark wanted to deliver it on the Thursday. Gave a delivery window of "afternoon". Rang 15min before delivery as I was going to school pickup. Explained I would be back in 30min and he refused to deliver. When i rang him back to try and convince him to deliver at 3.30pm instead of 3pm he was rude and said "get your mulch somewhere else". "Not going to deliver it to you, its gone to someone else".

Waste of bloody time. Called them, they gave me a date it would be removed by and never rocked up! Thanks for wasting my time, guys! One customer you've lost for good.

Reliable and efficient. Reasonable prices. We have had them out on a few occasions to trim trees and remove stumps. No issues - they have always been friendly and safe.
