I purchased a Groupon and was scammed into extra services Avoid them!

This salon scammed me. I bought a group on (based on their glowing reviews elsewhere) and was slapped with compulsory extras. They also lopped off all my hair without my consent to justify an "extra length" surgcharge. Avoid them and dont believe their bogus reviews.

Terrible! NEVER buy a Groupon for this business. They attempted to bully me into getting different coloured foils though I had paid for a full head of foils cut and blow dry. They were rude and agressive.. because I politely declined their persistent harassment to do extras. I would never recommend this place.

Suprisingly very happy with the service and attention I received here. My hairdresser 'James' listened really well and achieved the look I wanted. He was professional in all aspects and knew what he was doing. Definitely recommended
