went in to purchase a no contract mobile phone as mine had broken. I had a look at what was available in my price range and there were two to choose from. was ready to buy it straight away. I went to look for a customer service person, and there was no one to be seen, I then saw a couple of staff members with customers, but they did not even acknowledge I was standing there. I went to the check out area and there were a couple of customers waiting and after a few minutes someone came out from the back. asked what i needed and help me with my purchase, was not the best or the worst service just pretty average and especially for such a big store. would probably have walked out if I was not desperately needing to get a new phone.
