One of the best stores I have shopped at for helpful staff and friendly. I always feel welcome here and not rushed. They will explain and give the right advice everytime. I will continue coming here because of that.

Small store with very helpful staff. Not a hugh range but will find what you need at another store if needed.

dealing with this company makes it a little bit easier when you don't exactly know what it is that you are after. the sales people are more then happy to take there time with you to get you exactly what you need.

As a single woman, the service is disgusting. If a couple or a man come into the store, someone goes to their assistance but as a woman on her own, you are ignored. At lease Dick Smith aren't as bad as Harvey Norman. I do go back because their prices are good.
