I've been going to Dr Dickens since I was a child with my parents and I'm now in my 50's. Everyone is so professional and caring and just recently we had to have our 7 year old border collie put to sleep which is the hardest decision but even how much it was hurting us Dr Dickens and the staff were just so caring and were thinking of us, they didn't rush us and I would always recommend this veterinary clinic.

I went to the vet at Flushcome Road, charging double and very rude. I never heard my guinea pig scream that loud in anyone's hand... cost me $365 to desex a guinea pig quoted $150 (said my g pig ripped open the stitches) charged extra without consent, came home with water bottle and plates missing and $165 to do annual check up with a C4 injection for my dog. What a rip off!

I had my other dog in Dr Dickens only cost me $80 for a C4 and said i can ring anytime if I am concert about my g pig.

our Local vet Mr dickens has been around working in vet care for nearly 30yrs,before i took my animals(birds,reptiles and my dog).He goes beyond the call when it comes to my animals and i feel very lucky we have such a kind,caring Doctor to take our animals to.Actually i would not take them anywhere else because i trust this man with my life.

Russ Dickens is a fantastic vet. A few times I have had a very sick animal and he has been available any time of the day for a seriously ill animal. A big thank you!

AS ANYONE WOULD KNOW OUR PETS NEED JUST AS MUCH CARE AS WE DO. I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY DOGS TO SEE MR DICKENS FOR YEARS I WOULD NT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY. I HAVE HAD TO CALL ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT ON A SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND EVERY TIME HE HAS ATTENDED TO MY ANIMALS AND ON 2 OCCASSIONS SAVED THEIR LIVES. WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT RUS DICKENS MADE HIS WAY TO OUR HOME AND DID WHAT HE DOES SO WELL. WHAT CAN I SAY LITTLE MAN MASSIVE HEART

The main vet their Mr. Russ Dickens is also a member of parliment for the suburb of Blacktown. He cares for Blacktown like he cares for animals. He and the staff there are gentle and understanding and he is fair when it comes to free advice on the phone, emergencies out of hours and is just really awesome. He has seen my dog Jackie through kennel cough to surviving the parvo virus, my other dog Tina through arthritis, heart problems and a devastating seizure that forced us to put her to sleep. His bedside manner is very caring and I highly recommend this vet clinic above all others!!
