Our insurance company directed us to Dickers for a quotation for damage repairs. As has been previously mentioned, the process was friendly and simple. The insurance company approved their estimate and we took our vehicle in on the agreed date and used one of their small hire cars for the two weeks the repair took. We were pleased with the result and as also previously mentioned our car was polished and valeted. The whole process was easy and professional and as we ran a repair business in the UK for over 20 years, we had a good understanding of what was required. My car was damaged in an accident and within minutes, a dicker motor truck was at the scene, which i must credit. My car was then taken to their smash repairs, and was at the smash repairs for more than 3 weeks. i was offered a courtesy car during repairs, but the car offered was very poor and had n brakes. They offered to buy the car off me for $400. i politely refused the offer and took my car without getting repairs. They quoted nearly $4000 dollars damage and i fixed it myself for less than $1000. Towing on a separate occasion was $65 for a 1 km tow.
