they have a range of products. the staff is helpful if you ask them they will get the required info. I had been looking for a universal remote. they actually searched the specific model and told me the right alternative as the romote was pricy.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. If they are out of stock they will tell you when the next. shipment ts due to be in and they will tell you when to come in and get it. They also will keep one aside for you until you come and get it

Service is great. Will always try and price match there. Sometimes they might need to double check on the phone to a competitor to ensure they can the price you quoted. Staff is on commission I think, so they will always try to help you.
