Maybe Agean is not a common brand it is very hard to find someone to repair it, but you can not say that the whole company is bad and that they should not own a business. I have used the company since 2007 and have built several houses since,. This company is complete.. installs air-con, electrical switches, power points, intercom and alarms. You do not have to chaise three or four separate companies, it is all in one. Anything goes wrong 10 years later, they come and sort it out. When they work in the new houses, it is house full of tradesman working like bees.. all done in a day. Maybe they do not answer your call as they may be in the roof, but call the office and book them. Trust me they do come. I can not fault the company and highly appreciate them fixing my intercom 10 years later when the sun damaged the outside switch. I highly recommend Dielle Electrical company.

To all customers beware from buying anything from Dielle electrical distributors especially Agean air conditioners. they take your money but if anything goes wrong they do not want to know. they answer your first call tell you they will come out to see but never show up. Then they do not answer anymore of your calls. Agean is not a common brand it is very hard to find someone to repair it. they are a disgrace and should not own a business.
