I bought DJI Magic Air 2S Combo on Cashrewards. There is no any information detail about digiprotect when I ordered the product. It looked like DJI care refresh plan so I paid for it. This is not as same as DJI care refresh until my drone got damaged 1 month after I paid for it. This is a big trap for consumer. I have to repair and pay for it on my cost, it even includes shipping fee. So now I have to repair it by myself.

Digidirect sell unclear product to confuse consumer. There was no any details about digiprotect when shopping on that product. Now you guys stop to sell this digiprotect on line which means it has something wrong with this. And also there is no any benefit for consumer on your digiprotect. I paid for $2400 but you only accept replacement for products under $1000 in digiprotect policy. This is a trap and dishonest way to make money. Also when I picked up the product in store, your staff didn’t explain it to me, otherwise I would cancel it when I picked it up.

The Perth store manager asked me to pay shipping fee and said it’s policy as same as DJI. I called DJI, they said it’s free shipping. You can not trust Digidirect.

I bought this drone on 29 November 2021, I haven’t received any Qantas points till now. Digidirect fool me with promised benefits for shopping on their website
