I suddenly received no TV signal. Rick was able to come quickly, determined what the problem is, explained to me it was a small fix and not an antennae problem, fixed the problem, and charged me his minimum fee. Rick is a true professional who knows his stuff and honest about the size of the problem. My antennae is very old and I was warned that some antennae "experts" might recommend replacing it (pretty big cost). Rick tested and assured me the antennae probably will last a few more years. He even added that he won't charge me next time the same problem occurs. Impressive... Have recommended Rick to neighbours, friends etc...

Rick was away so Adam (his son) installed my new antenna. He did a great job and I was more than happy with the work. I would have no hesitation if recommending this company. Adam was polite, on time and a very fair price. Good quality service. Well done guys.

Agree with the reviewers. Such a great experience dealing with Rick. After spending 4hrs without success on my downstairs room (he got the other 2rooms working), he came back to "get the reception" on another day. He got a signal after 30min, but insisted it wasn't a stable connection and trouble shot for another 2hours just to "do it the right way". He has just set the bar for other trades , which is going to be very difficult to match

Rick is fantastic to work with - he listened (this is a rare attribute to come by these days) and installed our home theatre speakers exactly the way we wanted them installed. Despite facing multiple challenges, Rick and his son persisted/completed the job with true professionalism and in a timely manner. I could not recommend Rick more - for us, it was a 10/10 experience dealing with him. I will definitely engage in Rick's service again in the near future. Highly recommended!!

I would HIGHLY Recommend Rick as he was extremely helpful and genuine. Rick came out to my place to have a look aerial that I had just had it installed (not by Rick) and it wasn't receiving a strong signal for channel 1, 10 & 11. Rick came out jumped up onto my roof and checked all the signals strengths he then tried a couple of different aerials to see if they would improve signal as this wasn't improving Rick suggested possibly relocating the aerial on the roof to obtain a better signal. We tried holding one of his aerials in a different area of the roof and presto it worked. Rick then said he would try my aerial which the previous installer had put on to see if it would work to save me the cost of a new Antenna as it was only new, it worked perfectly so he re-located my aerial for me, and only charged for the relocation. Rick is a genuine tradesman and he is definitely out there to try and help the customer in any way he can. I only wish I had called Rick in the first place as I would have never had any problems. Thanks so much for your help I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know with an Antenna issue.

Rick is a legend. His work is a testament of his excellent work ethic. Before the installation we were no longer getting digital signal for ABC and 10 now they are crystal clear. Rick is a perfectionist and deserves to be praised, thank you for an awesome job at a reasonable price.

I completely agree with the other positive reviews and sentiments on this page. Rick came up first on the list of antenna installers in my area from Google - and I am glad he did. I called to have a new "digital" antenna installed replacing my 20+ year old antenna (installed by the previous house owner) which I feared was failing and was certainly giving a lot of trouble in terms of DTV signal reception. Rick insisted on checking the existing antenna setup and immediately determined that the on-mast signal amplifier was missing the power injector (normally located in the house somewhere). He then went to the trouble to test signal strengths across all the channels and reorient the antenna direction. Boy 5deg makes a LOT of difference! Net result is now I have a workable antenna setup at the fraction of the price of installing a new one. Additionally, Rick has left me with an offer to come back and install a new antenna if I determine that I really want it - AND to credit me with the monies paid for work so far. I work for a global corporation which trains it's staff extensively in business ethics and doctrine and I can honestly say that we have nothing on the level of customer service and business integrity shown by Rick. HIGHLY recommended !

If you are in an area serviced by Rick, don't even bother looking for anyone else. Found him on here with many positive reviews and had to add my own. Have never dealt with a more honest, reliable and friendly tradesman. Rick and his son even went out of their way to help me mount my TV on the wall. Highly recommended.

Couldn't speak more highly of Rick. He gave me a very reasonable quote and arrived to do the job. When he couldn't locate a strong enough signal for the antenna, he was totally upfront and refused to go ahead with the job as he felt it would not give us the solution we were looking for. He walked away without a cent. Incredibly fair and totally honest, you don't even need to look elsewhere for a quote. So lovely to come across someone who is interested in providing excellent service to their customers, even when it's not in his best interest.
