Would not recommend. He may be efficient with his work but he is very arrogant. Got charged for a job that I could’ve done myself. If he had taken the time to explain to us what he would be doing, I wouldn’t of needed him at all. Was recommended by Good Guys a few years ago and after following up with them they inform me that they no longer recommend him due to a lot of complaints from others.

We had Dave & Chris wall mount our 65 inch TV, with them supplying brackets & long cabling. We discussed bracket prices and installation cost over the phone but nothing about number of devices to be connected or cable cost etc. as I wasn't asked and personally didn't think it was important. Dave was immaculate in keeping us informed, extremely professional in his conduct and punctual in keeping appointment time. They did a fantastic job in terms of the wall mount itself and hiding cables, arranging the rest of devices as best they could so it appears neat. My own qualm is with the cost of HDMI cables ($40-60 each) and we needed 4. They told us the cost upfront when they arrived but when we offered to buy them ourselves, they said they'll have to charge us a 'callout' fees for this time and come back, which I feel isn't fair since it puts us on spot and make a decision with information we weren't supplied earlier. I'd have much rather preferred to have been given rough figures around costs (inc. cables) over the phone so there are no surprises on the day. My 2 cents - buy a 3m HDMI cable for every device you have beforehad and call them for installation. The quality of actual work is excellent.

I assisted a family member purchase new TV sets for their home at a major store. we were recommended to use this company to have them come out to the home and install, set up & connect the new tvs. the sales rep from Good Guys store rang up this company and scheduled a convenient appointment time.

the guys who came out to our home arrived punctual and did their job they were required to do.

we paid the good guys store direct for the installation of the tvs, however on arrival there were problems with the wall brackets sold to us by good guys and accordingly we had to spend more $$$ on different type of wall brackets to meet our needs. please note i am not blaming Digital Daves ... but rather i am disappointed with Good Guys salesman not taking the time to properly ask us the relevant questions to ensure he sold us the correct tv brackets and avoid the further expense of other ones to purchase from Digital Daves.

the tvs are set up and connected .... and seem to be in good working order.
